Lee is a fully qualified Tennis Teaching Professional under the ATPCA (Advanced Level 2 Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association) and has over 20 years coaching experience where he has worked with elite players at professional tour level along with coaching a variety of all ages and standard of players. Prior to arriving in Gisborne Lee was based in Sydney Australia and held senior coaching positions at the Vince Barclay Tennis Academy, Cheltenham Country Club and Rod Fahey Tennis School. From Sydney he then moved to Hong Kong and has held coaching positions at the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Senior tennis professional at the Ladies Recreation Club who he also represented in the men's A+ tennis league. Prior to departing he was based at Hong Kong Parkview Spa & Resort and involved in teaching all level and ages of players. He is very passionate about coaching and strives to impart his years of experience onto players seeing them improve, enjoying themselves and gaining a love for the game at the same time. Predominantly teaching tennis at Parkview he was also the Head Squash Instructor and certified under New Zealand squash. He represented New Zealand competitively at Junior and Senior level with successful results domestically and internationally. With a lifestyle that has revolved around sport he spent a lot of time participating in rugby and cricket and is also passionate about surfing and golf.
